We start with a complimentary consultation meeting so I can get a sense of your needs and you can see if I'm a good match as your equity consultant. Then, we establish a contract that makes sure expectations are clear.
What I need from you!
Please come prepared with a sense of budget, your organizational needs, as well as a strong desire for change and action. If needed, I can help you demonstrate the necessity for equity work to your executive leadership.
Action Path Equity Rates
Together, You and I will generate a vision for the work, estimate the hours it might take and come up with a general amount we think it will cost. From there I will check in with you along the way about if we are on track, or if we are nearing the cap. I always work hard to stay within the budget we set.
I'm DEFINITELY down to talk rates based on a sliding scale. Here is generally what you can expect to pay though!
_200$/hour for limited-resource non-profits and small business teams
_300$/hour average
_400$/hour rate for large universities, corporations, & major non-profits.
I ask folks to pay what they can so that you can support the technical assistance of others with less resources who are at a smaller rate.
