My Approach

You deserve specific tools and trainings to assist your organization in this work. I specialize in creating three operational levels of strategy and support. I help employees with individual growth and healing around race and also help to add DEI functions for their day-to-day roles. On a cultural level I work with staff, DEI teams, as well as Exec leadership to set up values we can activate for racial inclusion. And I audit policies and procedures to look for opportunities to increase racial justice impact. I am thrilled to help folks turn the conceptual into tangible DEI operations that BIPOC communities benefit from.

One of my favorite superpowers is that I can be a bit a little bit of everything all rolled into one consultant. I am great at creating engaging trainings as a tool for understanding. I can also hold space for employee resource groups. I compile massive audits on all domains of the company or organization and build recommendations and tools. I am able to do one-on-one coaching. I can establish short, medium, and long-term DEI & Strategic planning. I can specialize in team tension issues around race as well as provide specific department support. I have specific reviews for communications and marketing that center inclusive language. And many times I roll up my sleeves and am ready to try anything you may need specifically.
